摘要
地方科学基金是我国科技体系的重要组成部分,对地方科技发展起着至关重要的作用。广西科学基金自设立以来,为广西科技事业的发展做出了积极贡献。目前广西经济社会处于一个跨跃发展时期,也是制定国民经济"十二五"发展规划的重要时期,总结广西科学基金发展经验,剖析其存在的问题,提出其今后发展对策,为新形势下广西科学基金又好又快发展提供参考。
Local scientific system of science and technology fund is an important part of local scientific and technological development. Guangxi science fund, since its establishment, has made positive contributions. The current Guangxi is in the period of economic and social development, as well as the period of ＂35＂ for national economic development planning. The paper sums up the experience of Guangxi scientific development fund, analyses the problems, and puts forward its future development strategies, in the new situation to better Guangxi science fund a rapid development.
