高效液相色谱法测定食品接触材料中苯酚和4-叔丁基苯酚迁移量 被引量:13

Determination of phenol and p-t-butyl-phenol migrated from food contact materials by high performance liquid chromatography

摘要 提出了食品接触材料在水、3%(质量分数)乙酸溶液、乙醇(1+9)溶液、异辛烷4种食品模拟物中苯酚、4-叔丁基苯酚迁移量的高效液相色谱测定方法。不同种类的食品模拟物采用不同的样品前处理方法提取后,用Diamonsil C18色谱柱为固定相,甲醇-水为流动相梯度洗脱,以激发波长220 nm、发射波长312 nm的荧光检测器进行检测。结果表明,苯酚、4-叔丁基苯酚在4种模拟物中的平均回收率(n=9)分别为95.2%~104.0%、92.8%~99.9%,RSD(n=9)分别为0.28%~6.1%、0.26%~4.9%;在4种食品模拟物中苯酚、4-叔丁基苯酚的测定低限均为0.005 mg/L。 An analytical method based on high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) has been established for the determination of phenol and p-t-butyl-phenol migrated from food contact materials.The simulant food were water,3% w/v aqueous acetic acid,10%(V/V)aqueous ethanol,isooctane,respectively.The different kinds of simulant food were treated with different preparation methods.The obtained liquid samples were separated on a Diamonsil C18 column(250 mm × 4.6 mm,5 μm) with gradient elution using a mixture of methanol-water as the mobile phase and were detected with a fluorescence detector,the excitation and emission wavelengths were 220 nm and 312 nm.The average recoveries(n=9) of phenol and p-t-butyl-phenol were from 95.22% to 104.0% and 92.80%~99.92% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)of 0.28%~6.1% and 0.26%~4.9%,respectively.The limits of detection(LOD) in the 4 simulant food were 0.005 mg/L.
