摘要
采购管理是海外工程项目的重要环节。提高项目采购管理水平是保证工程项目顺利实施的基础。通过分析项目投标前、投标过程中和中标之后影响采购的主要因素,阐述采购与设计和施工的关系及EPC总承包项目中采购工作的重要性,对采购管理实践中的经验和教训加以总结。
Purchase management is an important link in international engineering project. To improve purchase management of the project is the foundation of smooth implementation of the project. Through analysis of influencing factor of purchase prior to submitting tender, in the process of submitting tender, after winning the tender, we illustrated relation of purchase to design and construction and the importance of purchase in EPC contract project, summed up experience and lessons in practice of purchase management.
