复方倍他米松注射液治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效观察

Compound Betamethasone Injection in Treatment of Auricular Pseudocyst

目的观察复方倍他米松注射液治疗耳廓假性囊肿的临床疗效,为临床治疗方案的选择提供参考。方法选择我院耳鼻喉科2009年1月～2010年8月收治的耳廓假性囊肿患者88例,随机分为两组。对照组采用抽液后石膏加压法治疗,观察组采用抽液后局部注射复方倍他米松治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果对照组治愈15例,有效20例,总有效率79.55%,观察组治愈35例,有效8例,总有效率97.73%。两组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采用复方倍他米松注射液治疗耳廓假性囊肿操作简便、疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe compound betamethasone injection in the treatment of auricular pseudocyst. Methods We selected the ENT hospital in January 2009 to August 2010 patients 88 cases with auricular pseudocyst. The cases were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with plaster pumping fluid pressure after treatment in the observation group were treated with pumping fluid after local injection of betamethasone therapy compound, observe and compare the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients. Results The control group were cured 15 cases, effective in 20 cases, 79.55% total efficiency, the observation group were cured 35 cases, effective in 8 cases, the total efficiency of 97.73%. The difference of total efficiency between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Compound betamethasone injection auricular pseudocyst is simple, effective, worthy of oromotion.
