摘要
设计了失地农民培训机构满意度评价的指标体系,并用改进的层次分析法确定指标权重,然后运用可拓理论构建了满意度评价模型。结合实例,阐述了基于可拓工程的满意度评价方法的具体步骤。结果表明,可拓评估方法为失地农民培训机构的满意度评价提供了一种科学可行的方法,评价结果客观合理。
This paper designed the satisfaction evaluating indices of training organization of land-lost peasant and the weight coefficients of indicators were chosen by the revised Analytic Hierarchy Process method. Then, it established a satisfaction evaluating model on training organization of land-lost peasant based on extension evaluation method. The application of this new model was demonstrated by using an example case. The result indicated that this model was valid for satisfaction evaluating on training organization of land-lost peasant.
