The university library should perform their service function through the practice to better its service work so as to attract more readers, raise the utilization rate of resources, better their service work and construct a learning atmosphere. This article makes an analysis of the roles the college library should play in the construction of the student union and clubs, and point out that the library should raise its consciousness, strengthen the management and provide the stage and environment for the student union and clubs.
