针对辽宁城镇医疗保险发展的实际,建立了辽宁医保基金风险预警指标体系,并对各个指标权重进行量化。采用模糊综合评价法对辽宁医保基金风险进行了评估,得出辽宁医保基金发展基本状况良好,各种指标发生风险的概率处于中等偏低水平的结论,有利于辽宁医保基金风险的防范。

In view of current development of medical insurance in Liaoning cities and towns,a warning index system of Liaoning medical insurance fund risk was established,and every index weight was quantified.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was adopted to evaluate Liaoning medical insurance fund risk.It is found that Liaoning medical insurance fund generally develops well and the probabilities of various risk indicators range from low to moderate level.Therefore,it is beneficial to the prevention of Liaoning medical insurance fund risks.
