摘要
杭州地铁1号线滨江站—富春路站区间起于钱塘江南岸滨江站,下穿钱塘江后到达江北富春路站,是杭州地铁1号线工程的重点和难点工程之一,也是保证1号线按期通车的关键节点。由于钱塘江潮汐、江水冲刷等原因,江底覆土变化大;同时,受到江底圆砾层、承压水和沼气等影响,加泥式土压平衡盾构施工时面临刀具磨损严重、江底换刀、螺旋输送机喷涌、沼气爆炸等难题,其施工风险大。为保证工程安全顺利进行,提高结构整体的耐久性,并减少后期的维修成本,杭州地铁集团牵头组建了由科研院所、设计与施工单位联合组成的项目攻关组。针对工程施工与运营阶段存在的技术难题开展专项研究,并提出相应的控制措施。经各方密切配合,在合理的施工控制措施指导下,加泥式土压平衡盾构顺利完成下穿钱塘江的施工。
The Binjiang-Fuchun section of Hangzhou Mctro Line 1,starting from Binjiang subway station on the south bank and arriving at Fuchun Road subway station on the north bank, is crossing under Qiantang River. This section is not only the most difficult part of Hangzhou Metro Line I, but also one of the key nodes to achieve the objectives on schedule. The soil under Qiantang River varies widely because of tidal and water erosion, therefore the shield machine always encounters with problems of excreting of large-diameter gravel, over - torque, serious tool wearing and explosion of firedamp due to boulder of the river bottom, as well as the confined water and biogas. In order to guarantee the engineering, improve the durability of the structure and reduce the maintenance cost, a tackling team is established by scientific research institutes, design and construction groups under the leadership of Hangzhou Metro Corporation. The difficult problems of design, construction and operation are researched and measures are put forward. Finally, the earth pressure balance shield crossed un- der Qiangtang River successfully via perfect cooperation and reasonable constructive direction. The success of the project provides reference to similar projects.
