17-丙烯胺-17-去甲氧格尔德霉素对HeLa细胞辐射增敏作用机制研究
摘要
格尔德霉素(geldanamycin,GA)及其衍生物17-丙烯胺-17-去甲氧格尔德霉素(17-AAG)和17-二甲基胺乙基-17-去甲氧基格尔德霉素(17-DMAG)是已经发现的热休克蛋白90(HSP90)特异性抑制剂。它们可以与肿瘤细胞特异性结合,抑制肿瘤生长,增加其凋亡。HSl00特异性抑制剂17-AAG对肿瘤细胞辐射敏感性影响的研究报道较少,已有的研究结果表明,17-AAG对宫颈癌细胞有辐射增敏作用,
