锥角和壁厚对多爆炸成型弹丸成型影响的数值模拟 被引量:5

摘要 为研究药型罩锥角和壁厚对多爆炸成型弹丸成型的影响,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件对多爆炸成型弹丸的成型过程进行数值模拟。研究结果表明:多爆炸成型弹丸中心处药型罩锥角采用130°~140°、边缘处药型罩锥角采用145°~155°、药型罩壁厚采用2.5~3.5mm时,其侵彻性能较好。研究结果可为多爆炸成型弹丸的设计提供参考。 In order to study the effects of cone angle and thickness of liner on the formation of multiple explosively formed projectile(MEFP),the warhead is designed to produce seven explosively formed projectiles(EFP).ANSYS/LS-DYNA software is used to simulate the formation process of MEFP.The research result shows that the cone angle of the central liner is suitable for 130°~140°,and the cone angle of the marginal liner is fit for 145°~155°,the penetration effectiveness of EFP is better on the basis of the thickness of liner selected between 2.5mm and 3.5mm.The result provides the reference for the design of MEFP.
