摘要
对初步设计好的齿轮箱箱体铸造成型过程进行模拟,根据模拟结果来判断出箱体在结构、浇铸温度、冒口选择等方面是否合理,以保证铸件重点部位的结构质量。在实际成型之前用模拟软件排除可能出现的缩孔、缩松、冷隔、浇不足、裂纹等缺陷,并验证工艺设计的合理性,以缩短产品开发周期、提高产品质量。
In order to analysis the reasonable structure,pouring temperature and riser selecting of gearbox cases,the casting forming process for gearbox cases was simulated to ensure the quality of castings.The using simulation software before the actual molding can get rid of the possible hidden danger of shrinkage,porosity,cold shut,misrun,crack and other defects,and verify the rationality of process design to shorten the product development cycle,save money and improve product quality.
