摘要 青海部分油田油层埋藏深,开采层段长,小层多,低孔、低渗,随着油田含水上升,井网加密,注水压力提高,层间差异进一步加大,套管变形井日益增多,影响常规分层注水工艺的实施。细分层系、小直径、大压差分注技术可提高大压差分注管柱的可靠性,解决细分层系及薄层的分注问题,满足套变井和大压差分层注水的需求。在测试方面,引进并试验了偏心集成细分注水技术、小直径分注技术、高压、大压差分注管柱、桥式偏心配水技术和测调联作配水技术,形成了精细分层注水技术系列。并对今后如何深化精细分层注水工艺技术提出了要求和改进措施。 Part of oil reservoirs in Qinghai oilfield bury deep,whose recovering sections are long,have many small multi-layers,low porosity,low permeability.With water content rising,well network encryption,water pressure improving,further increase of the difference between layers,well casing deformation increasing,all of that affect the implementation of conventional stratified injection.Technologies of strata subdivision,small diameter,separating injection with large differential pressure can improve the reliability of pipe string for separating injection with large differential pressure,solve the separating problems of thin sub-layer and thin layer system,to meet the needs of cased changing well and separated injection with big differential pressure.In testing field,the integration sub-test injection tech of the eccentric water,small-diameter sub-injection technology,high pressure,big differential pressure separate injection pipe string,bridge eccentric joint water technology and commissioning for water distribution technology are introduced and tested to form a fine layer water injection technology series.Meanwhile,requirements and improvement measures are proposed on how to do deep fine separated injection tech.
