妊娠期甲状腺疾病对新生儿的影响 被引量：13

Influence of thyroid diseases during pregnancy on neonates

摘要 甲状腺疾病好发于女性，尤其是育龄期妇女。妊娠合并甲状腺疾病种类很多，有妊娠合并免疫性甲状腺疾病、甲状腺结节、甲状腺肿瘤、单纯性甲状腺肿等，以妊娠合并免疫性甲状腺疾病最为常见。妊娠合并免疫性甲状腺疾病可引起妊娠期母亲甲状腺功能亢进症（以下简称甲亢）或甲状腺功能减低症（以下简称甲低）。
