城乡家庭高等教育投资的现状与对策研究——基于湖北恩施市区与建始县区的调查

Investigation into Urban and Rural Families' Investment in Higher Education——Based on Enshi City and Jianshi County in Hubei Province

近年来,我国经济迅猛发展,高等教育学费也日益昂贵,家庭所承担高等教育成本的比例不断上升,这样一方面有利于高等教育的发展,但同时也存在很大的风险性。因此,城乡家庭亟需拓宽筹资渠道;主动关注和获取高等教育信息;提高自身的投资决策能力树立正确的高等教育投资风险意识。

With China＇s rapid economic development, increasingly rising and expensive tuition fees accordingly have not only promoted higher education but also taxed both urban and rural families recently. This paper deals with the high risks in family investment and suggests three strategies for managing family higher education investment in both urban and rural areas： broadening financing channels in family higher education investment; seeking for financial support infor- mation in national higher education system; improving the decision-making ability and raising the risk awareness of fami- ly＇s higher education investment.
