摘要
精细化管理是近年来医院管理改革的重要方向之一,本文总结本院采用精细化管理的实践,通过引入绩效考核管理机制,推行全成本核算,建立完善的质量控制体系,着力解决院内各部位收支不合理因素和结构性矛盾,全面推进医院精细化管理,并就实践过程中存在的少数人员存在思想偏差、少数职能科室分工不够明确、反馈途径还不够通畅问题分析并提出对策。
In recent years, refined management was an important direction in hospital management reform. The article summarized the hospital using sophisticated management practices, through the introduction of performance appraisal management system, the implementation of full cost accounting, the establishment of sound quality control systems and to solve each part of hospital revenue irrational factors and structural contradictions and other methods to comprehensively promote the hospital and refined management. Some problems were analyzed in the practice, which included thinking bias in a small number of staff, lack of clarity in division in a small number of functional departments, the difficulties in feedback approach. Finally, some suggestions were put forward.
