摘要
合理有效的政策对于新兴的新能源及节能产业至关重要。简要回顾新能源和节能产业政策的形成历程,按新能源类别及不同的节能领域介绍该产业政策的进展状况,并且分析了新能源和节能产业政策的主要特点,结合我国的情况总结了这些政策所具有的启示性意义。
