摘要
将故障树分析法运用于叉车液压系统的故障诊断中,针对液压系统的失效模式及故障机理,建立了故障树,并进行故障分析与排除。实践证明,该方法简便、可靠、实用,用于液压系统故障诊断,能取得预期的效果。
Fault tree analysis method was used to forklift hydraulic system fault diagnosis. According to failure modes and failure mechanism of the hydraulic system, the fault tree was built, and failure analysis and exclusion was carried out. Practice proves that the fault tree analysis method is easy, reliable and practical. Anticipative results can be achieved when it is used to diagnose hydraulic system fault.
