摘要
在纳米尺度范围,以合适的物理与化学方法可以得到纳米银的多种结晶形态及其聚形,得到简单的、复杂的孪晶;也可以得到平行连生生长成的纳米银柱、纳米银棒,得到以多重孪晶生长纳米银线。以结晶学、晶体结构、晶体化学理论为基础,研究了银纳米颗粒形成不同形态结晶的机理,探讨了一维纳米银柱、银棒与银线的不同生长机理。
Several crystal morphology and complex combinations of nano-silver can be obtained by appropriate physical and chemical methods.For example,simple,complex or ring twin crystal of Ag,parallel growth of Ag into nanopillars or nanorods and multiply twinned growth of Ag into nanowires can be achieved under different synthesis conditions.The formation mechanism of different morphological crystalline of nano-silver based on crystallography,crystal structure and crystal chemistry theory were discussed.As well as two new and different growth mechanisms of one dimensional Ag nanopillars,nanorods and nanowires were also discussed.
