摘要
对氯化聚乙烯-橡胶共混防水卷材用橡塑粉进行了改性,研究了粒径、增塑剂、塑化温度、塑化时间等对改性橡塑粉性能的影响,得出最佳改性条件并研究了最佳改性条件下橡塑粉的配方。采用该改性橡塑粉制备的共混卷材物理力学性能和耐候性能均能达到标准的要求,而且可以节约生产成本,减少污染。
The article studies modification of rubber plastic powder used in waterproof sheet of chlorinated polyethylene blended with rubber,including effects of particle size,plasticizer,plasticizing temperature and time on performance of the powder.Both optimum modification condition and formulation of the powder under the optimum condition are obtained.The physical and mechanical properties and weathering performance of waterproof sheet of chlorinated polyethylene blended with rubber manufactured with the optimum powder meet the relevant standard,adding low cost and low pollution in manufacturing.
