摘要
冲焊桥镗车加工是桥壳加工的重点工序,文章对桥壳镗车专机的设计过程做了探讨,重点对机床的总体布局、机床的动作、夹具总体布局以及结构形式进行了阐述,对同类型的机床设计有一定的参考价值。
This paper focuses on the producing process of Punching-welding Rear Axle, which can be produced in large anounts. The Punching-welding Rear Axle's boring and turning the end is the key procedure. Therefore we discussed the design of the Punching-welding Rear Axle's boring and turning machine especially, emphasizing on the overall structure of machine tools,and location,clamping and guiding device of workpieces.We bilieve that this research can provide useful references to the development of unit built boring machine of the same kind.
