摘要
以带式输送机托辊轴为研究对象,利用ABAQUS有限元软件,对其工作载荷下的力学性能进行了分析,得到了托辊轴的应力应变分布规律。在此基础上,利用结构优化软件,在总体积不变的约束下进行了有参优化和无参优化,结果显示有参优化最大应力降低了22.9%,无参优化最大应力降低了36%。
The roller axle of belt conveyor with working load is analyzed by using ABAQUS software,and the stress and strain distribution is obtained.Based on results of finite element analysis,parameter and non-parameter optimization are adopted under constant volume by the use of structural optimization software.The results of investigation show that the maximum stresses decrease 22.9% and 36% respectively after structural optimization.
