摘要
运用熵权法,利用P-S-R模型,从人口变动、土地利用以及产业结构三个方面,构建城市化驱动下土地生态安全评价指标体系,对吉林省进行实证研究。结果表明:近20年吉林省土地生态安全指数1989-1993年处于恶化级、1994-2004年处于风险级、2005-2008处于敏感级,虽总体呈波动上升趋势,但基本上处于不安全状态;土地城市化快于人口城市化和以高消耗、高污染的第二产业为主的产业结构是造成吉林省土地生态不安全的根本原因;只有改变经济增长方式、优化产业结构,控制土地城市化、加速人口城市化进程,完善产权制度、建立土地生态安全预警机制才是保护土地生态安全的合理性对策。
Land ecological security assessment index system was built from three aspects(population changes,land use and industrial structures) by using of entropy and PSR model.The aim is to make an empirical study of Jilin Province.The results showed that: In the past 20 years,the index of land ecological security in Jilin Province was in the grade of deterioration from 1989 to 1993,at-risk level from 1994 to 2004 and sensitive stage from 2005 to 2008.Although it was a rising trend generally,almost in the stage of insecurity.The speed of land urbanization was faster than that of the population urbanization.Besides,the transformation of the industrial structure which regarded the secondary industry with high consumption and high pollution as the main part was the basic reason for the insecurity of the land ecology in Jilin Province;Finally,some kinds of reasonable measures were raised to protect the land ecological environment,such as the transformation of economic growth,optimizing industrial structure,controlling the urbanization of land,accelerating the process of population urbanization,improving the property rights system and establishing the mechanism of land ecological security.
