摘要 根据姜黄素类物质理化性质的差异,对从姜黄素粗品(含姜黄素、脱甲姜黄素和双脱甲姜黄素)中通过柱层析分离姜黄素纯品的方法进行了改进,设计出了简单的实验装置以二氯甲烷为溶剂,集分离、纯品浓缩及溶剂回收循环使用为一体,用于姜黄素纯品的分离。该方法具有分离量大,操作简单,方便易行,节约溶剂的特点,具有良好的应用价值。 According to the different physical properties of curcumin,demethoxycurcumin,bisdemethoxycurcumin in crude Curcumin powder,the separation method based on column chromatography was improved to separate Curcumin.A simple exprerimental system was designed to separate Curcumin,which had the functions of separation,concentration and solvent recycle,and was helpful for Curcumin separation.This system was used to separate crude Curcumin powder from milligrams to grams,the method was simple and easy to process.The most important advantage was that this method consumed little volume of solvent.
