摘要
大功率白光LED热问题的解决是保障其正常工作的重要条件。研究了室内半导体照明中的辐射散热技术,分析了不同发射率表面的辐射能力随温度变化的关系。结果表明,在没有对流散热的情况下,室内白光LED吸顶灯可通过辐射的方法进行散热。辐射成为半导体照明灯具散热的一个不可忽视的有效途径。
Effective heat diffusion is important condition for large power LED lighting.The radiation heat diffusion technology of LED lighting indoors is researched.The surface radiation energy of several different radiation ratio is analyzed in different temperature.The results show that the heat of LED lamp on ceiling may be diffused by radiation without convection.Radiation becomes a not neglected effective heat diffusion method in semiconductor illumination.
