Cause analysis and nursing strategy of deep venous thrombosis after PICC catheter in one case of lung cancer patient

通过对PICC导管相关静脉血栓发生的原因分析,探讨其发生的相关因素,为降低PICC导管深静脉血栓的形成提供依据,在置管前与患者家属进行沟通,密切观察患者的反应,一旦出现静脉血栓应积极强救,避免拔管,为患者减轻痛苦和经济负担。

To explore the causal factors of PICC catheter related deep venous thrombosis（DVT） through cause analysis and thus provide evidence for measures to reduce its incidence.The recommendations are communicating with patient＇s family members before the insertion of catheter,observing the patient＇s response closely,rescuing actively once DVT develops,and avoiding extubation to alleviate suffering and economic burden of the patients.
