摘要
研究潜孔钻机行走液压系统的结构组成及其工作原理,建立了基于AMESim的行走液压系统仿真模型,对3种典型工况进行了仿真分析,并利用试验验证了仿真模型的正确性。研究工作为潜孔钻机行走液压系统的性能评估和优化设计提供了新思路。
The component and operational principle about the traveling hydraulic system of down-the-hole drill were discussed.Simulation model of traveling hydraulic system was established based on AMESim and three typical working conditions were simulated and analyzed,and experiments were done to verify the simulation model.This research provides a new idea for the performance evaluation and optimization design of the system.
