摘要
成形复杂形状结构零件的粉末压机现在已和用于压制硬质合金刀片或简单形状零件的成形压机分开,清楚地形成了市场的一个组成部分。硬质合金产品要求压机的轴向精度非常高,而且拣拾-码放设备的生产率也要高。对于几何形状简单的结构零件与低密度零件,仍在很好地采用传统的压机设计,特别是快速、可靠地机械式压机。对于形状复杂、密度较高的零件,粉末冶金零件生产厂商已采用多层板模架成形压机。对于吨位较小者,往往采用混合式压机,吨位较大者多使用液压式压机。现在,利用先进的快速微信息处理机控制可压制成形的几何形状,这在1995年以前是无法想像的。现在设计的较新式的压机,生产率增高了一倍多,提高了轴向精度。而制造不合格零件的概率已大大减小。
Powder presses for complex structural parts have become a market sector clearly separated from presses for hardmetal inserts or simple parts.For hardmetal products extreme axial precision is re-quired at high productivity with pick-and-place equipment.For geometrically simple structural parts and low densities traditional press designs are still rendering good service,especially the fast and reli-able mechanical types.For complex higher density components multilevel die set presses have been accepted by the manufacturing industry.The lower tonnages are often served by hybrid presses,the higher tonnages more by hydraulic presses.The sophisticated controls with fast microprocessors allow to compact geometries which were impossible ten years ago.At the same time the productivity of the newer designs has more than doubled,the axial precision improved and the probability to manufacture defective parts has greatly been reduced.
