摘要
以小浪底水电站为例,针对排沙洞偏心铰弧门面板涂层在特殊运行条件下磨损破坏严重问题,在参考国内外类似技术基础上研发了涂层抗磨性能模拟试验设备,并进行多方案对比试验与方案优化,将优选的"喷锌+喷316不锈钢+环氧封闭油漆"方案成功应用于小浪底水电站的闸门防腐处理,效果较好。
Under particular operating conditions, the eccentric hinge arc plate of flush tunnel for Xiaolangdi Hydro power Station has serious wear-out failure. The abrasion coating analogue test equipment is developed by referring to similar technologies. And then, a series of comparative experiments and optimization is put forward. Finally, optimum combination program is successfully applied to corrosion control of gate for Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station and the effect is good, which contains spraying zinc, spraying 316 stainless steel and epoxy closed paint.
