摘要
[目的]研究内科护理学临床见习课的教学现状,为护理实践教学模式改革提供参考。[方法]采用自行设计的问卷,对112名护理专业本科三年级学生进行问卷调查。[结果]目前护理临床见习教学存在较多问题,包括"动手实践机会少、见习病例不够典型、部分学生不能积极参与见习"等。多数学生对见习教学的各项满意度指标评价为"一般",17.9%的学生对见习评分标准不满意,12.5%的学生对教师给予反馈意见的速度不满意,7.1%的学生对见习过程的安排不满意。绝大多数学生喜欢每组见习人数不超过10人。[结论]护理临床课程的实践教学可从3个方面进行改革:加强见习教学质量管理;创造更多让学生动手实践的机会;改革见习成绩评价标准。
Objective:To study the status quo of clinical practical course of medical nursing,and to provide a reference for teaching innovation of practical nursing courses.Methods:A total of 112 junior nursing students were investigated by filling out self-designed questionnaire.Results:Some problems existed at present in clinical novitiate teaching including "few chances for students to practice,patients were not typical and some students could not take part in the novitiates".Most students' satisfactions toward the novitiate teaching were moderate.And 17.9% of them were not satisfied toward the scoring criteria.And 12.5% of them were not satisfied toward the speed of teachers' feedback.And 7.1% of them were not satisfied toward the arrangement of clinical novitiate.Most students prefer a small size of teaching group(less than 10 per group).Conclusion:The innovation of practical teaching of clinical nursing courses are including three aspects as follows:to strengthen the management on the quality of novitiate teaching,to create more chances for students' practice,and to innovite performance scoring criteria of novitiate.
