摘要
目的:观察人中、百会穴注射香丹注射液对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的影响。方法:60只SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型组、对照组、香丹注射液组共4组,每组15只,均用药14d后,线栓法建立大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,缺血30min后再灌注60min,测定脑匀浆中SOD活力、MDA含量、NO和NOS含量。结果:脑匀浆SOD活力、NO和NOS含量:模型组与假手术组相比明显降低(P<0.01);对照组和香丹注射液组比模型组有不同程度的增加(P<0.05)。对照组与香丹注射液组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。脑匀浆MDA含量:模型组与假手术组相比明显升高(P<0.01);对照组和香丹注射液组较模型组有不同程度的降低(P<0.05);对照组与香丹注射液组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人中、百会穴注射香丹注射液能够减轻再灌注期脑组织的损害,保护脑组织。
Objective:To explore the acupoint injection of Xiangdan injection at philtrum and baihui in Ischemia-Reperfusion(I/R)Rats.Methods:60 SD rats were divided into four groups including sham operation group,model group,control group,Xiangdan injection group.14 days before molding,SD rats were performed acupoint injection of Xiangdan injection at philtrum and baihui.Used embolus to make MCAO model.Reperfused 60 min after cerebral ischemia 30 min,the changes of the activity of SOD,the level of MDA,NO and NOS in brain tissue were measured.Results:The activity of SOD,the level of NO and NOS in brain tissue were decreased in the model group compared with sham operation group,and increased inordinately in control group and Xiangdan injection group compared with the model group.The level of MDA in brain tissue was increased in model group compared with sham operation group,and decreased inordinately in controlled group and Xiangdan injection group compared with the model group.Differences of the activity of SOD,the level of MDA,NO and NOS in brain tissue between controlled group and Xiangdan injection group had statistical significance.Conclusion:The acupoint injection of Xiangdan injection at philtrum and baihui can decrease the damage of Ischemia-Reperfusion to protect the brain tissue.
