高职院校在建设国家骨干校项目以及适应区域经济发展的新形势下,培养目标新的内涵主要应体现在:道德素质、人文素质、职业素质、人际素质和心理素质几方面,同时应明确辅导员在新时期的工作要求,尤其在实际工作中,辅导员要针对教育内容主题设置相应的情境,使学生在活动中得到锻炼和提高。

In the new situation of building National key vocational institutes,and taking economic situation into account,new educational objectives which include moral quality,humanistic quality,occupation quality,communication quality and psychological quality are determined.Therefore,the new requirements of counselor＇s work have been made clear.In practical work the relevant situations are designed according to the educational subject.The students have been improved in a series of activities.
