摘要
对Shell粉煤气化炉渣和灰系统出现的问题及其原因进行了分析。讨论了煤种与氧煤比控制的关系,提出研究在煤种变化情况下,找到氧煤比变化对气化系统各参数的影响规律是提高气化系统反应稳定性的主要方法。
An analysis of the problems and the causes in slag and ash system of Shell pulverized coal gasifier is carried out. The relations between various coal types and oxygen-coal ratio are discussed. And it is proposed that in aspects of study on coal types change, to find out about the influence pattern of coal-oxygen ratio on parameters of gasification system is the principal method to improve reaction stability in gasification system.
