益气活血中药对急性肺损伤模型大鼠血浆和肺组织匀浆中CGRP、ET-1的影响 被引量:7

Effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation herbs on CGRP and ET-1 in plasma and lung tissue of ALI model rats

摘要 目的探讨益气活血中药黄芪与丹参对急性肺损伤模型大鼠血浆和肺组织匀浆中降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、内皮素-1(ET-1)的影响。方法将30只SD雄性大鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、中药组各10只,采用放射免疫法分别检测各组大鼠血浆及肺组织匀浆中CGRP、ET-1的含量。结果中药组大鼠的血浆及肺组织匀浆中CGRP含量分别为(38.19±4.79)ng/L和(165±8.63)ng/L,明显高于模型对照组(P均<0.05);中药组大鼠的血浆及肺组织匀浆中ET-1含量分别为(53.78±5.10)ng/L和(251.12±8.06)ng/L,明显低于模型对照组(P均<0.01);中药组与正常对照组比较无显著性差异。结论益气活血中药黄芪和丹参可能是通过促进CGRP合成与释放、抑制ET-1的生成及释放起到对模型大鼠急性肺损伤的防治作用。 Objective It is to investigate the effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation herbs Huangqi and Danshen on CGRP and ET-1 in plasma and lung tissue of acute lung injury model rats.Methods Thirty male Sprague Dawley rats were randomly divided into normal control group,model control group and herbs group in which there were 10 rats.The contents of CGRP and ET-1 in plasma and lung tissue of the rats in each group were determined with radio-immunity method after the supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation herbs used.Results CGRP in plasma and lung tissue of herbs group were(38.19±4.79)ng/Land(165±8.63)ng/L respectively,which were obviously higher than that of model control group(P0.05).ET-1 in plasma and lung tissue of herbs group were(53.78±5.10)ng/L and(251.12±8.06)ng/L,which were obviously lower than that of model control group(P0.01).There were no statistical significance between herbs group and normal control group.Conclusion Supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation herbs Huangqi and Danshen can prevent and treat for acute lung injury probably by promoting synthesis and releasing of CGRP,restraining the synthesis and releasing of ET-1.
