摘要
利用单因素实验对H008菌株(Streptomyces laidensis)的发酵培养基成分进行了优化,通过其发酵产物的杀虫作用,确定最优的发酵培养基配方为:玉米淀粉5.0%,酵母粉1.0%,α-淀粉酶0.3%,消泡剂0.05%,蒸馏水配制,pH值(7.5±0.05)。
Using single-factor experiment H008 strai(Streptomyces laidensis ), the fermentation medium composition was optimized, through its insecticidal effect of fermentation products, determining that the optimal fermentation medium was: corn starch 5.0%, yeast extract 1%, α-amylase 0.3%, defoamer 0.05%, pH 7.5±0.05.
