摘要
以聚合物乳液为基料,以云母、石墨、空心微珠、无机纤维、复合阻燃剂为填料,制备的阻尼涂料涂层具有Tg温域宽、阻尼因子值高、减振降噪、隔热隔音效果明显、力学性能好、阻燃性能优等特性。
A kind of damping coating which has wide temperature area,higher damping factor value,obvious effect on damp and noise reduction,heat insulation and sound insulation,good mechanical performance and superior flame retardant performance was prepared by using polymer emulsion as binder and mica,graphite,hollow beads,inorganic fibers and composite flame retardants agents as extender.
