摘要
通过万能材料试验机及光学金相、SEM(扫描电子显微镜)、TEM(透射电子显微镜)等手段,研究了X100管线钢管的力学性能及组织构成。分析表明,钢管管体主要为粒状贝氏体及少量多边形铁素体混合组织,具有良好的强度和韧性;X100管线钢的热敏感性较大,在焊接热循环作用下过热区的组织更容易长大,造成热影响区发生软化和脆化,成为X100管线钢管的薄弱环节。同时研究了X100管线钢焊接接头采用低匹配的可能性。
Mechanical property and structure of X100 line pipe were studied with universal material testing machine, OEM, SEM and TEM. The results showed that the structure of X100 line pipe body metal is formed by granular bainite and a little polygonal ferrite, which possess good strength and toughness. But the thermal sensitivity of X100 pipeline steel is high ,the structure of overheated zone is easier to grow big under welding thermal cycle, which lead to softening and embrittlement in HAZ, so it is a weak point for X100 line pipe. Meanwhile, the possibility of adopting low match for X100 pipeline steel welded joints was investigated.
