血液灌流联合CRRT治疗中毒导致急性肾功能衰竭的疗效

Curative effect of hemoperfusion combined with continuous renal replacement therapy in treatment of acute renal failure caused by toxication

目的:探讨血液灌流(HP)联合CRRT用于治疗中毒导致的急性肾功能衰竭的疗效。方法:将入列的40例患者随机的分为血液灌流+CRRT治疗组以及血液灌流+血液透析对照组。结果:接受HP+CRRT治疗的患者与HP+HD对照组相比较,其住院的时间以及肾功能的恢复时间都得到明显的缩短。结论:血液灌流联合CRRT能够有效的促进中毒所导致的肾功能衰竭的治疗和恢复。

Objective： To investigate the curative effects of hemoperfusion （HP） combined with continuous renal replacement therapy （CRRT） in the treatment of acute renal failure caused by toxication. Methods： 40 patients included into the experiment were randomly divided into the treatment group of HP＋CRRT and the control group of HP＋hemodialysis （HD）. Results： Compared to the control group receiving HP＋HD treatment, the time of hospitalization and the recovery time of renal function of patients receiving HP＋CRRT treatment significantly reduced. Conclusion： HP combined with CRRT can effectively promote the treatment and recovery of acute renal failure caused by toxication.
