摘要
以二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)单体、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)及聚醚为原材料,采用加成-三聚聚合工艺合成聚氨酯固化剂。讨论了m(TMP)∶m(聚醚)及n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)对固化剂性能的影响。结果表明,在m(TMP)∶m(聚醚)为9∶1,n(—NCO)∶n(—OH)为3.5∶1的合成条件下,可得到相容性好、贮存稳定的聚氨酯固化剂。
With 4,4-diphenylmethane diisocyanate(MDI) monomer,trimethylolpropane(TMP) and polyether as raw materials,through tri-polymerization technology,we have synthesized polyurethane curing agent.This paper discusses the influence of TMP/polyether ratio and —NCO/—OH ratio on the performance of curing agent.The results show that the curing agent is of good compatibility and storage stability with mass ratio of TMP/polyether of 9∶1 and mol ratio of —NCO/—OH of 3.5∶1.
