摘要
网络研修是信息时代背景下教师继续教育发展的新模式,它不只是网络技术的引入,而且是对传统教研与培训的变革与创新。教师网络研修模式的要素框架包括网络研修平台、学习共同体、混合式学习、资源与互动、评价与管理系统。未来,网络研修模式在推广应用中将越来越发挥出它的潜在优势,越来越受到广大教师欢迎。只要坚持继承、改革、发展、创新的指导方针,教师继续教育必将走出一条具有时代特征、中国特色和地区特点的混合式研修之路。
As a new form for teachers' continuing education in information age, web-based advance study is not only the application of network technology, but also the transformation and innovation of model of teacher's professional development. Based on our practice of a five-year research project, we summarized a research framework consisting of 5 main components: network platform as the enabling technology, online learning community as the activity agent, blended learning as the core factor, e-resources and interactions as the key elements of success, evaluation and management as the assurance. Looking into its future application, the model will make more full use of its potential advantages, and get more and more acceptations by teachers. Teachers' continuing education, as long as it adheres to the principles of inheritance, reform, development and innovation, will certainly develop into a way of web-based advance study that is of the age's sign with Chinese characteristics and regional features.
