镉胁迫下亚精胺对蔬菜种子萌发的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Spermidine Presoaking on the Germination of Vegetable Seeds under Cd^(2+) Stress

摘要 为了探讨镉(Cd2+)胁迫下亚精胺(Spd)浸种对不同品种蔬菜种子萌发的影响,采用水培浸种、恒温培养方式,以重金属镉为胁迫因子,研究了镉胁迫下亚精胺对不同蔬菜品种种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数的影响。结果表明,3个品种中,Spd浸种后可以提高抗热605和大叶黑大头种子的发芽率、相对发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数,缓解Cd2+胁迫,但对上海青却有抑制作用;以抗热605的抗Cd能力最强。结合品种选择和Spd浸种处理可有效缓解镉对土壤的污染作用。 A water planting and constant temperature experiment was conducted to study the effects of Spd soaking on the germination of seeds of different vegetable cultivars under Cd2+ stress.The results showed that Spd presoaking improved seed germination percentage,seed relative germination rate,seed germination index and vigor index of Kangre 605 and Dayeheidatou significantly.The Cd2+stress was also relieved.However,Spd presoaking had an inhibition effect on Shanghaiqing.Kangre 605 had the strongest resistibility on Cd2+stress.The Cd pollution in soil could be effectively relieved by variety choice and Spd presoaking.
