关于高校政治辅导员“双肩挑”制度的思考

"Double Shoulder Task" Mode of Ideological Counselors

高校政治辅导员"双肩挑",即:一肩挑起思想政治工作,另一肩挑起业务和学习。但是辅导员在"双肩挑"的过程中也面临着如下问题:①时间有限,管理工作与教学、科研及学业难以并重。②能力欠缺,在业务水平和教学科研方面难出成就。③前途不明,职业发展前景令人担忧。为进一步完善政治辅导员"双肩挑"制度,各高校应当系统规划、合理培训,科学提升"双肩挑"辅导员工作的胜任力。落实待遇、科学留人,切实增强"双肩挑"辅导员岗位的吸引力。完善制度、拓宽出口,有效解决"双肩挑"辅导员的后顾之忧。

The ＂Double Shoulder Task＂ mode of ideological counselor means both shoulders carry on the burden,that is,political instructor should focus his/her job on political work and business and study.However,there are some problems in the process of ＂Double Shoulder Task＂ mode.（1） Time is limited so that management,teaching,scientific research and academic are difficult to concurrently carry out.（2） Due to the less ability,it is hard to achieve better result in business level and scientific research.（3） The future is unclear and the prospect of career is worrying.In order to perfect the ＂Double Shoulder Task＂ mode,universities should conduct the rational training and improve the work capacity.Secondly,universities should improve the treatment to attract counselors.Meanwhile,universities should perfect system and effectively solve the problem in the ＂Double Shoulder Task＂ mode.
