摘要
本文在分析专利质押融资的质物权利属性及债权担保特性基础上,研究了专利质押融资质物筛选一般原则及实施原则,提出运用数据挖掘技术构建专利质押融资质物筛选系统是解决当前专利质押融资问题的重要方向之一。据此,基于MAS(Multi Agent System)技术构建专利质押融资质物筛选系统结构,以行业专利本体库——质物专利库为路径建立筛选流程,从质物收益、质物质量及质物风险三个维度共十二个筛选指标,选用相应数据分析工具,对质物分级及筛选。本研究最后探讨了专利质押融资质物筛选系统的实施主体及运用范畴,为我国专利质押融资发展提供重要理论启发。
In the paper,we research the right attribute and the creditor's rights guarantee characteristics of hostage in patent pledge,and analyze the general principles and actualize rules in the process of hostage selection,put forward the idea of data mining technology in hostage selection,and based on the MAS,construct the system structure,follow the path from industry patent ontology to pledge patent libraries,then grade the pledge from the earning,quality,risk.We discuss the implementing subject and use category of the hostage selection system,and give some inspiration in the patent pledge of today.
