对高校实验教师队伍建设的探讨与研究

Exploration and study on team building of laboratory teacher team in colleges and universities

通过对全国十几所高校实验教师队伍现状的抽样调查,取得了一批翔实的第一手资料,采用统计学的理论、方法,对抽样调查材料进行整理并加以分析,提出了一些思考和建议。加强实验教师队伍建设的关键是转变思想、健全体制、合理定位。该建设对我国高校实验教师队伍建设有所参考。

This paper is based on a lot of specific first hand materials through a sample survey of the status quo of over ten university laboratory teacher teams in China.By sorting out and analyzing the materials with a theory of statistics,it proposes that the key to team building of laboratory teachers is to shift the ideas,improve system and position reasonably,hoping that it can give some references to China＇s university laboratory teacher team building.
