摘要
通过测定的香榧假种皮青果、坚果和内仁的物理特性,包括其三轴尺寸、类球度、表面积等,对各种基本物理参数进行了分析总结;测定了不同含水率香榧坚果和内仁的破坏力、变形量,计算了香榧坚果和内仁的破坏能、刚性量。同时,分析了各压缩指标随含水率的变化规律,为香榧的采收、去皮加工、品质评价以及有关去假种皮机和破壳机械设备的设计、开发提供了有价值的参考依据。
Various physical properties of Chinese torreya aril,nuts and kernels was determined including its the three-axis size、sphericity and surface area,each physical parameter was analyzed;the intensity and the deformation of the torreya nut and kernels was determined with increasing moisture content,the destruction energy and the stiffness has been calculated.The compression index with the variation of moisture content has been analyzed.Offering reference for the the Torreya harvesting and peeling process and designing equipment of the torreya peeling.
