摘要
分析某四辊卷板机的工作原理,针对板材加工的材料性能及形状各异的问题,设计了基于机器视觉的四辊卷板机的数控系统,能够在线检测卷制板材的曲率,和要求的形状进行比较,实时修正加工参数,解决了卷板加工中板材材料性能的差异带来的回弹系数变化的问题;能完成上辊和侧辊的联动,解决除圆形外其他如椭圆、抛物线等异性零件的卷制,实现卷板加工的数控化。
The working principle of a cambered four-roller plate bending machine was analyzed. Aiming at otherness of plate mechanics performances and shapes, a control system for the four-roller plate bending machine was designed based on machine vision, which could be used to on-line detect curvature of the bended plate, then to compare with anticipant curvature and to correct the process parameter. The problem of springback coefficient change caused by otherness of plate mechanics performances is resolved. The concerted movement of upper roller and Side rollers can be achieved to bend abnormity workpieces, such as elliptic or parabola workpieces. Numerical control of the plate bending machine is achieved.
