摘要
学科教学知识被认为是教师知识的核心,对教师的专业发展具有重要意义。开放教育辅导教师应通过立足教学实践,进行日常化经验反思,组成教学团队加强建设学习共同体,通过专业活动和交流,开展博而精的专业阅读,主动建构学科教学知识。
Pedagogical content knowledge(PCK) is considered to be the core of teacher's knowledge and important for teachers' professional development.Based on their teaching practice,face to face tutoring teachers of open education should reflect their daily teaching experience,build up teaching groups to strengthen and enhance the construction of learning communities and construct PCK through communication and comprehensive and intensive reading.
