摘要
目的了解ICU危重患者诊断性失血情况。方法回顾性分析ICU 48例多发性创伤危重患者入院1d、3d、7d时的诊断性失血现状,研究项目包括失血量、失血原因、失血与病情的相关性。结果 ICU危重患者化验多,日均失血量(8.8±5.0)ml,诊断性失血量与患者病情呈正相关。结论要尽可能减少危重患者诊断性失血量。
Objective To study the status of diagnostic blood loss for ICU critical patients.Method Take retrospective analysis on diagnostic blood loss for ICU critical patients with multiple trauma on 1d,3d and 7d of hospitalization.Research projects include blood loss volume,cause and correlation between blood loss and disease.Result ICU critical patients receive plenty of diagnostic examinations and have an average lose blood of（8.8±5.0）ml per day.Blood loss volume has positive correlation to patient＇s disease condition.Conclusion Diagnostic blood loss for ICU critical patients should be decreased as much as possible.
