The quality of pathological section of skin influences the pathological diagnosis of dermatonosis.The diagnostic level of dermatological histopathology is associated with the general medical quality and level.We summarized the experiences and the understanding gained while during preparing over 20000 cases of pathological section,and analyzed the preparing characteristics of pathological section of skin and the quality control from the following three ways:preparing characteristics,quality control and quality evaluation.These may be helpful for dermatological histopathologists who wish to decrease the flaw of pathological section and to promote their diagnostic level.
