摘要
建立了胶束毛细管电泳法检测吡诺克辛钠滴眼液中的抑菌剂羟苯乙酯。采用未涂层石英毛细管,以20 mmol/L硼酸盐缓冲液(含30 mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠,pH 6)为运行缓冲溶液,重力进样,进样时间10 s,运行电压20 kV,紫外检测波长254 nm。羟苯乙酯在5~200μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率98.1%,RSD为1.8%。
A micelle capillary electrophoresis method was established for the determination of ethylparaben in pirenoxine sodiume eye drops.An uncoated fused silica capillary column was used with the running buffer of 20 mmol/L borate solution(containing 30 mmol/L SDS,pH 6) by gravity injection for 10 s at the running voltage of 20 kV and the detection wavelength of 254 nm.The calibration curve of ethylparaben was linear in the range of 5-200 μg/ml.The average recovery was 98.1%,with RSD of 1.8%.
