摘要
针对中国先进研究堆(CARR)工程设计中技术难度大、接口复杂等特点,通过采用强化组织领导,明确各级人员责任,从技术和管理两方面的程序文件和作业文件对具体的质量活动实施了有效地控制。结果表明,CARR工程设计项目所采用的组织机构是适宜的,规定的职责与权限是明确的,满足了设计的需要并履行了相应的职责;CARR工程设计质量体系符合法规的要求。适应CARR工程设计需要,有效地指导了CARR工程设计的顺利完成。
The engineering design of CARR is with complicated technology and interface.By enhancing the leaderships and clarifying the responsibility of every designer,all the quality assurance activities are effectively controlled by detailed process documents and operation documents in terms of technology and management.It is shown that the organizational structure we adopted is appropriate,the responsibility and authority are well defined to meet the design requirements and the corresponding duties are fulfilled.The quality assurance system is in conformance with the laws and regulations,and can meet the needs of CARR engineering design.It provides an effective guidance for the success of CARR engineering design.
